• If the sitter leaves by 10am on the last day, there is no additional fee.
• If the sitter leaves between 10am and 12pm, there is a half-day fee.
• If the sitter leaves after 12pm, there is a full-day fee.

Why do we have a last day fee?
To properly compensate our amazing sitters for the time and energy they put into each day.

Daily visits are short, structured visits once or twice a day (Usually +/- 1 hour per visit).
Fur-Babysittings are longer stays (2+ hours), perfect if your pet needs extra company, supervision, or care.

We love big fur families! There is no extra fee for up to 4 dogs. If you have more than 4 dogs, a small additional fee may apply to ensure each one receives proper care and attention.

Yes, many of our sitters are comfortable administering medication — just let us know your pet’s routine. Please note that this is sitter-dependent and there is no additional charge for this service.

Absolutely. We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet so you and your pets can get to know your sitter ahead of time. This helps everyone feel more comfortable.

Yes, Poochy Pets is fully insured. Your home and pets are in safe, professional hands.

Yes, we do! Here’s how it works:

Extended Stay Discounts:

• 5–7 Nights→ 10% off your total
• 8–13 Nights → 15% off your total
• 14+ Nights → 20% off your total

Loyalty Rewards for Shorter Bookings:

After 5 completed bookings, your 6th booking will automatically receive 25% off your total (including bookings for daily visits, 4+ hour Fur-babysitting sessions, dog walks, or Stay-Over sittings shorter than 5 days).
